Media Submission Release

1. What this covers

This release applies to any photo, video, or other media you submit through the Submit page or other Surfbreak Theory channels (the "Submission"). By submitting, you agree to these terms with Schut Enterprises Inc., operator of Surfbreak Theory.

2. License you grant

You grant Schut Enterprises Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the Submission — in whole or in part — on Surfbreak Theory websites, social channels, newsletters, advertising, and other marketing materials, in any media now known or later developed.

We will always credit the Instagram username you provide. If you indicate no additional credit is required, we will publish credited to your Instagram username only. We will never knowingly publish content belonging to an uncredited third party.

3. Your warranties

• You own the Submission or have all rights necessary to grant this license.
• Any identifiable people in the Submission have consented to being depicted and to this use.
• The Submission does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• The Submission complies with all applicable laws.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consents to this release on your behalf.

4. No compensation

You agree that no compensation, royalty, or other payment is owed for the rights granted under this release.

5. Removal requests

You may ask us to stop using a Submission at any time by emailing info@schutinc.com. We will remove the Submission from active channels we control within a reasonable time. Copies that have been shared or archived externally may persist outside our control.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Schut Enterprises Inc. and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of a breach of the warranties above or our authorized use of your Submission.

7. Relationship to other terms

This release supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
